A designated small and comfortable room should be selected where your Savannah kitten or cat can spend at least the first one to two weeks, until they are comfortable to explore additional parts of your home. Basic necessities such as food, water, and litter box are also needed. Royal Savannahs will send your kitten or cat home with a Quart-size bag of Royal Canin Kitten dry food, the same dry food that is fed at our cattery. The method of shipment is arranged and calculated at the time you reserve the kitten. The options we provide at the time of reservation are:

• Pickup kitten at Philadelphia Airport
• Delivery of kitten to your nearest airport (we recommend direct flights only)
• Local delivery of kitten (available within 60-mile range of zip code 19104)

In the event that the shipping method must be changed, please email us or call us at 1.425.870.5953 immediately. Shipping charges will be amended and charged according to delivery fees and carrier cancellation charges at the time of amendment. Please note that changes to shipping method may also result in possible shipping delays of your kitten.

Our website is setup to allow customers to reserve or purchase a kitten for states and countries where Savannah cats are legal based on filial or F generation.

Return and refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please email us with your order number, along with photos of the condition your item arrived in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Royal Savannahs does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Royal Savannahs does not take title to the refunded item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), live animals (such as cats), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and eGift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 3 to 5 business days.

We currently offer eGift cards, a digital gift card that is sent by email. We don’t currently offer physical gift cards.

Royal Savannahs eGift Cards are emailed to recipients within one hour after you place your order.

Ask your recipient to check their spam folder for an eGift Card email from Royal Savannahs. You can also email us and we’ll be happy to help!

No, Royal Savannahs eGift Cards have no expiration date and there are no fees for our eGift cards.

Unfortunately, eGift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except as required by law.

Simply add items to your cart. When proceeding to checkout, paste your unique eGift Card code number in the “Gift card or discount code” field.

If your eGift Card doesn’t cover the full amount of your order, you will need to add another payment method in checkout to cover the remaining order total.
